Nantong Haimeng's first quarter sales increased by 20% year-on-year

"Our fabric production uses advanced CAVITEC composite machines imported from Switzerland, which can produce 5 million meters of composite fabrics annually and develop over 100 categories of composite fabrics," said Yin Chong, R&D manager of Nantong Haimeng Industrial Co., Ltd.

It is understood that the textile fabric used by Haimeng is fitted with a high-tech waterproof and breathable membrane, and is cut, sewn, and glued into isolation clothing. It can effectively block blood, body fluids, droplets, secretions, and particles and aerosols in the air. The fabric has an ultra-high moisture permeability, making it comfortable for users to wear. Yin Chong told reporters, "This isolation clothing product can be reused for more than 10 times after washing and disinfection, which is more economical and environmentally friendly than disposable isolation clothing. Currently, this non sterile reusable isolation clothing has obtained the production record certificate of Jiangsu Province's first class medical device isolation clothing, the EU CE certification, and the United States FDA certification, and is beginning to be sold globally."

After obtaining the registration certification, Haimeng donated the first batch of 200 reusable isolation clothing products to relevant units such as Wuhan Central Hospital, Hubei Provincial Public Security Department, and received favorable comments. This product has attracted orders from the United States, Germany, and other countries, and has also been welcomed by the international student community. Currently, the company is undergoing a renovation of the purification workshop, with a monthly production capacity of 70000 reusable isolation garments upon completion.

Haimeng has always adhered to the principle of "quality first, customer first", and its products are exported to Europe, America, Japan, Southeast Asia, and other countries and regions. Today, Haimeng has entered the field of epidemic prevention products, achieving invoiced sales of 35 million yuan in the first quarter of 2020, a year-on-year increase of 21%.
